In my usual fashion of trying to keep stuff happening on the forums I thought I'd go ahead and start a new topic.
What do you do when you have something bothering you and you need to vent? What if you don't feel you have anyone you can talk to about it, then what do you do?
I thought it could be an interesting and potentially useful topic...

I go to my mumzy, cause I can talk to her about anything and she will listen. If I can't vent to someone, then I think about it long and hard and vent it out my mind. Then I fall asleep (since I think at night) and everything feels better in the morning.

I generally vent to my girlfriend. If I can't vent to her, then I generally just try and make it, so that I can justify going to someone with it, and accept the consequences if it's because I'm needing to vent over something wrong I've done.

hmm interesting...
Personally I'll usually just talk to a trusted friend. In the past, if I couldn't, I used to write down my thoughts in a notebook till everything was out of my head. Come to think of it I wonder if I still have that notebook, it could be interesting to read my past thoughts.

but seriously though, i just sorta reason with myself out loud and try to play out both sides of the topic till i lose complete intrest in it entirely and go back to gaming or anime... >.>

I find I use video games and anime as like... escapist tactics. Like if something is bothering me and I don't know what to do I'll just play a video game to get my mind off of it.
