To get out my frustrations and such, I turn to the most helpful of things:
1) Video Games (the more violent, the better) 2) Anime (especially funny, goofy, or ones that make you feel better after watching an episode or two) 3) Alcohol (just one shot of Jack Daniels usually does the trick) 4) Music (sometimes angry songs, sometimes funny songs)
