I know that everyone has had this moment happen at least once. You pop in one of your favorite games and start to load your last save game when... WHAT... its gone. Either you little brother/sister has got a hold of the memory card, the data was corrupt, you were stupid and save over the wrong file, or whatever. What are some of your stories?
I remember finally beating Guitar Hero 2 on expert then i went to go eat dinner and when i got back all the data was deleted cause of my little bro. I had my Dissida Final Fantasy data deleted twice. Total i lost 4 level 100's, all of the Icons bought with the PP twice, all of the stages twice, all of the characters, alt costumes twice, and one ultimate weapon...

I was playing Fable 2 and had saved before the LAST area. Saved it and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to play it and all the files had been erased and I still, to this day, have no clue how it happened but I will not pick up the game again.
In elementary school, I had an empty save slot on KHCoM and let a friend borrow it. Instead of saving on the empty file, he saved on mine ,which was on the last floor.

Three days after Assassin's Creed II came out, Very last section. Well, in the end, you kill the Pope; it was right after that the power went out. We lost so much of the ending including fighting the "boss" (Pope). It sucked. My friend stood up to go check the breaker box and tripped on a chair. Then got back up and knocked over a soda. I jumped up to grab napkins and forgot I had a plate of pizza on my lap and knocked that all over the floor. Then I went to go pick it up, stepped in the soda and tripped on the same chair my friend tripped on. He says, "Jesus hates us. ._. " My other friend opens his mouth after watching all this and said, "Duh. It's because you killed the Pope."

I can rememer two incidents very well. Once when I was about 8,9 or 10, my brother wanted to copy my paper mario file. I said sure (though now I would never let him) and then he accidently erased my file. I was so mad! I still never forgave him I was about to get my pokemon is "pokemon XD" at a really high level when my game cube memory cade was currupted. I practily died!

ugh..This happened to my pokemon mystery dungeon game, i was at level 74 as a feraligator and BANG just as i was about to get Mew it screws up on me, last time I trust a GBA
FF10, just beat penace and my game crashed >.> KH1, i was In hollow baston and my sis deleteted my data... also i had all my data on my 2nd PS2 memory card gone cause fo some memory thing that weant bad....

T.T i remember one time i had reached the 15th year or harvest moon friends of mineral town (trying to reach 50 btw and 15 yrs is roughly 400hrs.+ worth of play) and i went upstairs to grab a meal and 15 minutes later (coincidence? i think not) i came down to find my little brother had started a new game (and saved otherwise all would be well) on my file! guh... all that work... gone... to this day i've never reached year 15 again...
