We all have our favorites, but let's be honest here. We all have those anime characters we can't just stand, whether it be their voice or personality. Here's a list of anime characters I just can't stand (and I think it also shows which anime I can't stand XD)

Ayanami from 07-Ghost.At first i thought he was just plainly badass, but in episode 9....I will never forgive him for what he did to Mikage...Also Light.I hate Raito....

I have never hated a character more than I hate Matou Shinji of Fate/ Stay Night. Not only is he a self loving egoist with some sense of warped entitlement, but he's...ugh, horrible. He's that one character you just can't, no matter what you do, bring yourself to like, nor can you find any redeeming quality about him.
I don't exactly hate these characters, but I was not pleased with and of the characters (At least in their normal human forms) in the Black Rock Shooter OVA.
First Character that comes to mind is Haruhi Fujioka =3= She just annoyed me throughout the series "orz
