Alrighty, seeking all the active people on here for your wonderful help.

I want to buy me some more serious headphones to listen to music as I walk around, shop, workout, etc.

Some styles I have been looking at are as such. I kind of want to keep the same theme going.

I am terrible when it comes to searching. I just blank out. The same over ear style, but colors and trinkets can vary. Eared ones would be awesome! Price isn't really a concern. Well, no 300 dollar ones please. Heh

Send some pictures and links my way?

If you are going for style and quality I would say Skull Candy. They aren't the best quality you can get, and they can be a bit pricey but here is one that is $80. I was thinking about getting them myself, but not too sure. Anyway here is a link

Yeah Jester, I remember having a not so good experience with skull candy. However, that was the in-the-ear style. I like the design, but I am not sure about going with skullcandy again.

I think it's interesting to wear these things around public and workouts and such. Actually, I have never seen anyone wearing this type whiel working out.

Because you really shouldn't, over the ears do get very uncomfortable and in the way a lot. Most over the ears are just for sitting or walking. Plus they are a lot easier to break surprisingly. And the mobility (in the sense of putting away) is more difficult. Over the ears are great for noise canceling, style wise they can be good too. But that is all personal preference. Personally unless you go for noise canceling don't bother for over the ear. The "style" value isn't worth it.

Personally I still say if you are going to get headphones for rec use, then go for over the ear. Style wise I like skull candy but I haven't used them personally. I can't tell you quality. Bose has AMAZING quality, but lacks in style. If you are planning to gym and such... well just buy cheap $10 in-ear headphones. No point in wasting money.
